Terms of service

1. Who we are

SendFlow SpA is a Chilean company developing a payment order intermediation service for importing SMEs, under the financial instrument intermediation category of Law N°21.521 (the Fintech Act), within the proportional regime of Block 1 of the CMF's NCG N°502. As of today: registration with the CMF's Registry of Financial Service Providers in progress. Registration alone does not authorize us to operate: it also requires express authorization from the CMF, which is pending. We do not say the CMF supervises us, because saying that wouldn't be right.

2. What this site is

This site is the door into the service: here you quote your transfers and apply for your account. Payment operations happen on the SendFlow platform, which you get access to by email once your verification is approved, along with the onboarding to set up your first payment. No funds are collected and no financial transactions are executed through this site.

The quote tool provides indicative quotes: they use market exchange rates obtained from third-party sources and SendFlow's current fees, are valid for 60 seconds, and constitute neither a binding offer nor a promise of execution. The comparison against traditional banking is a conservative estimate and is labelled as such wherever it appears.

3. The verification demonstration

The /registro route contains a demonstration of the client verification process, labelled as such on screen. Declarations are accepted through an online confirmation that does not constitute an electronic signature under Law N°19.799; each accepted text is recorded with its SHA-256 fingerprint. Of the background checks it shows, only the tax-standing lookup with the SII is actually executed; the rest are simulated and say so.

What you enter in the demonstration is transmitted to our servers and stored only when the persistence service is enabled; if it isn't, nothing is stored. The detail is in the Privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the site in accordance with Chilean law and these terms.
• Do not interfere with its operation: the site applies per-minute request limits, and deliberately circumventing them is unauthorized use.
• Do not use SendFlow's content, brand or graphics to pass yourself off as SendFlow or to suggest a relationship that doesn't exist.

5. Intellectual property

The SendFlow brand, the logo, the site's graphics and its contents belong to SendFlow SpA or are used with permission. Articles in the Resources section may be quoted with attribution and a link to the source; they may not be republished in full without permission.

6. Third-party information and accuracy

The quote tool's exchange rates come from third-party market sources, with fallback mechanisms when the primary source doesn't respond; the quote tool itself indicates the source and the age of the figure it displays. Resources articles cite their sources at the end. We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but the site is offered “as is” and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.

7. Liability

Quotes on this site are indicative and no commercial decision should be made on their basis alone: the quote that counts is the one you confirm inside the platform when instructing a payment.

Nothing in these terms limits or purports to limit the rights that Law N°19.496 on consumer protection declares non-waivable, nor liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. The payment service

Payment operations are governed by their own terms and conditions, which you accept expressly when activating your account on the platform. SendFlow's regulatory standing is the one declared in section 1, and nothing published on this site should be understood as asserting anything different.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to the jurisdiction established by consumer protection law.

10. Changes and contact
